Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission is original, has not been previously published, and nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced in a 12-point font, employs italics, not underlining (except with URL addresses). All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, not at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, found in About the Journal.
•  If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the author/s agree to open review, where the reviewers are made aware of the identity of the author/s, and the author/s are made aware of the identity of the reviewers.
   
• The author/s agree to the following Creative Commons License: Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
• Before potential publication of the work, the author/s will advise the Journal Editor of any images or other media in the work which are the copyright of others and the author/s will be solely responsible for obtaining permission in writing from the owner/s of such material for its publication in the Journal.
• The work contains nothing illegal e.g. libellous, defamatory or unlawful.
• The work does not invade the privacy or other personal rights of anyone.
• All statements in the work purporting to be facts are true.
• The author's agree that if any Claim is made against the Journal based on a breach of the author's agreement to the submission guidelines checklist in full, they will idemnify the Journal against any cost (ncluding the Journal's legal costs), damages or losses incurred by the Journal as the result of Claims or breach of the author/s agreement to the submissions guidelines checklist.
